🌐 Duties & Taxes

International Orders

For international orders, Runway Deluxe includes applicable duties and taxes in the order amount wherever the applicable shipping service permits us to do so.

Accordingly, customers should not normally be required to make an additional payment for import duties or taxes upon delivery.

However, customs authorities in certain jurisdictions may impose charges or require additional documentation. In such circumstances, Runway Deluxe will assist the customer where reasonably possible, but any charges imposed outside the amount collected by Runway Deluxe may be the customer's responsibility where legally applicable.

📋 Order Processing & Dispatch

Every order undergoes processing and verification before it is prepared for shipment.

Once your order is ready for dispatch, it will be handed over to the applicable courier partner.

Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, email address, and other delivery information provided at checkout are accurate. Runway Deluxe cannot be held responsible for delays or failed delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

⚠️ Order Cancellation

Because our products may be sourced, reserved, prepared, and arranged specifically against an order, cancellation charges may apply depending on the stage at which an order is cancelled.

1. Cancellation After Order Preparation

If an order is cancelled after the product has arrived at our boutique or fulfillment facility and has reached a state of readiness for shipment, a cancellation fee equivalent to 20% of the total invoiced amount will be charged.

2. Cancellation After Arrival in the Destination Country

If a customer requests cancellation after the shipment has arrived in the customer's country, a cancellation charge equivalent to 50% of the total invoiced amount may be withheld, with the remaining eligible balance refunded to the customer.

3. Cancellation Shortly After Placing an Order

If an order is cancelled after placement but before it reaches the above stages, a 30% cancellation fee may apply, including payment-processing and transaction-related costs, where applicable.

4. Adjustment of Cancellation Charges

Any applicable cancellation charge may be deducted from the amount otherwise refundable to the customer.

5. Outstanding Amounts

Where the refundable balance is insufficient to cover an applicable cancellation charge or other outstanding amount owed by the customer, the customer may be required to pay the remaining balance.

6. Non-Refundability of Cancellation Charges

Cancellation charges, once applicable, are non-refundable and generally cannot be waived, except where Runway Deluxe determines otherwise at its sole discretion or where required by applicable law.

🔒 Right to Cancel Orders

Runway Deluxe reserves the right to cancel or decline an order at any stage where reasonably necessary, including, but not limited to:

• Product unavailability

• Pricing or listing errors

• Technical or system errors

• Payment or verification issues

• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions

• Shipping restrictions

• Customs or regulatory restrictions

• Inability to fulfil an order for reasons beyond our reasonable control

If Runway Deluxe cancels an order before shipment, the customer will be notified as soon as reasonably practicable and the amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded, subject to any applicable payment-processing or legally permissible deductions.

📍 Delivery Delays

While we work with established courier partners to provide timely delivery, Runway Deluxe does not guarantee delivery within the estimated timeframe.

Delays may occur because of:

• Customs clearance

• Weather conditions

• Public holidays

• Courier disruptions

• Incorrect delivery information

• Remote-area delivery

• Import restrictions

• Government or regulatory requirements

• Unforeseen logistical circumstances
